Fibromyalgia~ Ever so real, I know, I feel it...

Until you have it; know one can ever realize that having fibromyalgia can take so much out of you and has so much of an impact on your life and those around you. Yes, fibromyalgia pain is ever so real and ever so painful, I know, I feel it, practically every day.
One day you can feel wonderful and the next day you may hurt so tremendously that you feel like crying with every movement you make. One little tap against your body can bring tears to your eyes.
Faking a smile is a good way to brighten up the moment (and raise your endorphin levels), and a few deep breaths can help ease the pain until the pain medicine kicks in, but the pain level, is totally unexplainable and unfathomable unless you experience it.
I learned meditation and stress therapy with the help of a therapist these past few years and this has given me the fortitude, endurance and tolerance to further this therapy at home.
Thus I continue the practice of meditation, prayer and solitude in my home; and that along with carefully learned PT body stretches goes along way to relieve body stress and tension, which gives me the fortitude to go on. Deep cleansing breathes, repeating your chosen soul strengthening mantra...
These past four days have seemed like an eternity...I pray that perhaps eternity has given itself to defeat, at least for the time being...
